The Art of Ink International Society

The Art of Ink International Society, (AIIS), is an international group of calligraphers dedicated to promoting the art and appreciation of contemporary calligraphy. As a visual expression of the artist’s mind, the practice of calligraphy has roots in traditional discipline, but with a vast contemporary application. The members of the AIIS hail from Asian, European and North American countries, and offer an extensive, multifaceted, and visually arresting expression of this most intimate art form.

We are excited to roll up the door again for our second Vintage Poster Pop-Up!

We will be flipping the Small, Medium, and Large posters, Sat/Sun, May 21-22, 11-5p.

It happens to be the first Healdsburg Food and Wine Festival, which we think is a wonderful pairing..

As always, we will be showing all Original Posters, mostly stone and offset lithographs, dating from the 1880’s to the present day. Primarily a European phenomenon, vintage posters were also collected in parts of Asia and the US, making this truly an international visual feast.
